PHILADELPHIA Services for Cook Morrow will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel, with the Rev. Dr. James Shull officiating. Burial will be in Sandtown Cemetery.
Mr. Morrow, 83, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Monday, Nov. 6, 2000, in his home. He was a native of Philadelphia and had lived in Phoenix for 42 years. he was a member of First Untied Methodist Church of Phoenix. Mr. Morrow served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah M. Lashbrook and a grandson, Matt Lashbrook, both of Queen Valley, Ariz.; and a brother, John Morrow of Philadelphia.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Margaret Cox Morrow in 1997.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
CAROL KENNETH CREWS
VENTURA, Calif. Memorial services for Carl Kenneth Crews were held Monday at Ted Mayr Funeral Home, with the Revs. John Martin and Larry Keen officiating.
Mr. Crews, 78, of Ventura, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2000.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Crews; a daughter, Donna Ebstein and her husband, Colman, of Ventura; a brother, J.G. Crews of Bradford, Tenn.; two nieces, Reba Rutledge and JoAnna Perry; and two nephews, Wade and Winfred Crews of Meridian.
MARY FRANCES DAVIS PAYNE

Services for Mary Frances Davis Payne were held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Richie Davis and Randy Scarbrough officiating. Burial was in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Kemper County.
Mrs. Payne, 76, of Meridian, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2000, in her home. She was a longtime resident of Kemper County and a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include four children, Ouida Boswell and her husband, Robert, of the Liberty Community, Sue Trawick and her husband, Terry, John P. Davis Jr. and his wife, Sue, and Jennie Symonds and her husband, Bobby, all of Meridian; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, John P. Davis Sr. and Frank L. Payne.
Pallbearers were Ben Mattox, Benny Mattox, Don Mattox, Jeff Mattox, Marion Payne and Glenn Payne.

QUITMAN Graveside services for Leana P. Fairchild will be held today at 11 a.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery, with the Revs. Arlis Nichols and Dennis Coats officiating. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Fairchild, 82, of Quitman, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000, at Lakeside Living Center.
Survivors include two sisters, Marie Brooks and Carlee Mosley, both of Stonewall.
FRANCES M. GOODMAN
Retired secretary with Meridian Public Schools
Services for Frances M. Goodman will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Dr. Malcolm Lewis, Dr. Danny Lanier and Paul Davis officiating. Burial will be in Blackwater Cemetery.
Mrs. Goodman, 72, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Northcrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, John C. Goodman Sr. of Meridian; a son, John C. Goodman Jr. and his wife, Cynthia H., of Clinton; a daughter, Kim McWilliams and her husband, Jeff, of Collinsville; and five grandchildren, Mary Rebecca Goodman, Courtney Ann Goodman, J. Chris McWilliams, John Ross McWilliams and J. Dustin McWilliams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Margaret Mosley.
Pallbearers will be Van Goodman, Rocky Dearman, Kenneth R. Butler, John Dearman, J. Chris McWilliams and John Ross McWilliams.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
WILLIAM SIMMONS DEAN

QUITMAN Graveside services for William Simmons Dean will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Paulding Cemetery, with the Rev. Roger Douglas officiating. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dean, 65, of Quitman, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000, in Paulding.
Survivors include a son, William Larry Dean of Waynesboro; a daughter, Mary Z. Keyes of Laurel; a brother, John H. Dean of Wayne County; a sister, Laverne Dearman of Rose Hill; the mother of his children, Selma Dean of Waynesboro; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Glenn Dean.
JOHN W. CLARK

Services for John W. Clark will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Prospect Baptist Church in Savoy, with the Rev. Claude Tucker officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clark, 87, of Meridian, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a son, John L. Clark Jr. and a daughter, Versea Holloway, both of St. Paul, Minn.; two sisters, Lula McElroy and Emma Grace, both of Meridian; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
