engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Gross, to Joshua Cole
Webb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wyatt Webb and Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne
Fisher, all of Meridian.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at 6 p.m.
at Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary Love and the late Mr.
and Mrs. Leon Speed.
Miss Gross is an honors graduate of Clarkdale Attendance Center
and is currently pursuing an associate degree in nursing at Meridian
Community College.
She is employed with Immediate Care Clinic.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Wendell Webb and the late
Christine Webb; Hilda Sanford and the late Joe Sanford Sr.
Mr. Webb is a graduate of Clarkdale Attendance Center and
Nashville Auto Diesel College.
He is currently employed at Puckett Machinery.
A reception will be held in the church's fellowship hall following the
ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
HEIDI MARIE HEIDENWAY, MICHAEL SHAWN ROLISON
Jim and Sandie Heidenway of Brentwood, Tenn., announce the
engagement of their daughter, Heidi Marie, to Michael Shawn
Rolison, son of James and Van Rolison of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at 6 p.m. at Faith
Lutheran Church in Nashville.
Miss Heidenway is the granddaughter of Lorraine Wiegert of Lisle, Ill.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Brentwood High School and is
scheduled to graduate from Middle Tennessee State University in
June 2001 with a degree in criminal justice.
She is employed by Chili's Restaurant in Cool Springs.
Mr. Rolison is the grandson of Troy and Ruth Younger of Meridian;
Winnie Rolison of Enterprise and the late Lloyd Rolison.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School. He is
also employed by Chili's Restaurant in Cool Springs.
A reception will be held at Old Natchez Trace Country Club following
the ceremony.

MELISSA CATHERINE LANG, JAMIE MONROE BROWN
Irby and Cindy Lang of Meridian announce the engagement of their
daughter, Melissa Catherine, to Jamie Monroe Brown, son of Charles
and Jenny Brown of Collinsville.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at 5 p.m. at
Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church.
Miss Lang is the granddaughter of Jean and Gordon Ellis; Elizabeth
Lang and the late S.G. Lang.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School
and received an associate degree from Meridian Community College.
She is scheduled to receive a bachelor of science degree in nursing,
in May 2001, from the University Medical Center in Jackson.
While attending MCC, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Miss
Lang was valedictorian of her high school class.
Mr. Brown is the grandson of George and Martha Quam; Ona Lee
Brown and the late Charles Brown Sr.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School.
He attended Okaloosa Walton Junior College and Meridian
Community College, where he was a member the baseball teams at
both schools.
Mr. Brown is employed by the Cleveland Indians Baseball
Organization.
A reception will be held at Holiday Inn Express following the

BRITNEY EUGENE MARBLE, JASON PATRICK LINDLEY
Mr. and Mrs. James O'Neal Marble of Meridian announce the
engagement of their daughter, Britney Eugene, to Jason Patrick
Lindley of Meridian, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lindley of
Collinsville.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000, at 6 p.m. at
Lakeview Pentecostal Holiness Church in Meridian.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Agnes Marble of Meridian and
the late Charles Marble; Otho Hollinghead of Waynesboro and the
late Joyce Hollinghead of Needham, Ala.
Ms. Marble is currently employed by United Blood Services of
Meridian.
Mr. Lindley is the grandson of the late Dorothy Lindley of Meridian.
He is employed by The Silver Star Resort and Casino in Philadelphia.

Mr. and Mrs. John Terry Roberson of Quitman announce the

of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas James Irby Jr. of Meridian.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Steve and Bonnie Queen of
Quitman; Ola O. Roberson of Quitman and the late John Richard
Edmund Roberson. She is the great-granddaughter of John and
Connie Sutton of Quitman.
Miss Roberson is a graduate of Quitman High School. She is
currently employed with Bonita Wal-Mart.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Leo and Helen Mitchell of
Meridian; Doris Irby of Meridian and the late James Irby.
Mr. Irby is a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School. He is
employed withs the family business at Jones Auto Service.
