A Heart Healthy cooking class at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center is making it possible for residents to cut through the bother of buying ingredients and baking a healthy holiday dish to see if they like it.
The Heart Healthy class is set for Monday at 6:30 p.m. at JARMC's Health &Fitness Center Auditorium, and there is room for up to 30 participants.
Joiner said the class will have a casual holiday atmosphere. Guests will be able to talk among themselves and ask questions as she does cooking demonstrations.
JARMC dietitians have sponsored the cooking class each year since 1987.
To reserve a space for the cooking class, call 553-6184.
