GEORGE H. WILLIAMSON
Retired U.S. Navy
Services for George H. Williamson will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Skelton officiating. Burial will be in forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Williamson, 78, of Meridian, died Sunday, April 15, 2001, at Guardian Angel Hospice. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years of service. Mr. Williamson was a member of the Fleet Reserve and Chosenz Few while serving in the Korean War, where he received a purple heart.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys L. Williamson of Meridian; three daughters, Ann L. Wright of Fayetteville, N.C., Elizabeth M. Davis of Savannah, Ga. and Sheila G. Leger of Summerville, S.C.; two sons, George M. Williamson of Crestview, Fla. and Jeff H. Williamson of Meridian; a sister, Delores Shirley of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; a brother, Cecil Williamson of Florence, Ala.; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
Pallbearers will be members of the Fleet Reserve.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
ELIZABETH CAROLINE GIBSON
JACKSON, Tenn. Graveside services for Elizabeth Caroline Gibson will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Ridgecrest Cemetery. George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Infant Gibson, 11-weeks-old, died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, in her home.
Survivors include her parents, Douglas Lee and Jennie Jones Gibson; a brother, Paul Douglas Gibson; maternal grandparents, Robert and Paula Jones of Forrest City, Ariz.; paternal grandparents, Norman and Rosie Gibson and her paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. J.P. Gibson, all of DeKalb, Miss.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Oneta Gibson.
The family requests memorials be made to First United Methodist Church Nursery Fund, 315 E. Chester St., Jackson, TN 38301.
Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements were incomplete at E.E. McDonald Funeral Home of DeKalb for Calvin Rush, 78, of DeKalb, who died Monday, April 16, 2001, at Guardian Angel Hospice.

Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home of Newton for Mason L. Dennis, 81, of Lawrence, who died Monday, April 16, 2001, in his home.
LOUIS HARRIS
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Louis Harris of Meridian, who died Monday, April 16, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
LESTER P. GUILLORY
Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Lester P. Guillory, 83, of Meridian, who died Tuesday, April 17, 2001, at Beverly Nursing Center.
WARREN E. RAGLAND
Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for Warren E. Ragland, 86, of Meridian, who died Tuesday, April 17, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
