OBITUARIES FOR THURSDAY, MAY 3, 2001

ADELE M. HAMPTON
Services for Adele M. Hampton will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Grover Mosley officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery in Russell with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hampton, 79, of Meridian, died Friday, April 27, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Survivors include six sons, Darnell Dennis and his wife, Debbie, and Lonnie Hampton, all of Chicago, Daryll Hampton Sr. and his wife, Dessie, Chantrell Hampton Sr. and his wife, Rose, Chantay Hampton and Arvelle Hampton, all of Meridian; three daughters, Betty Hampton of Chicago, D'orlyly Freeman and her husband, Cookie, of Meridian and Taitha Holliday of Atlanta; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
ADER MAE NICHOLS

Services for Ader Mae Nichols will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at First United Baptist Church of Stonewall with the Rev. Willie C. Hood officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Enterprise with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Nichols, 96, formerly of Enterprise, died Thursday, April 26, 2001, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include two sisters, Katie Warnsley of Detroit and Carlean Pierce of Glendora; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Visitation will be Friday from 7-8 p.m. at E.E. McDonald Chapel in Meridian.
NORMAN ROGERS
Services for Norman Rogers will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church in Toomsuba with the Rev. Terry Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with James L. Osby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rogers, 71, of Toomsuba, died Saturday, April 28, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include four sisters, Annie R. Anthony, Roger Mae Carlisle of Toomsuba, Christine Rogers and Mattie Mae Marsh of Milwaukee, Wis.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at E.E. McDonald Chapel in Meridian.
BENJAMIN EDGAR MCMAHAN
Memorial services for Benjamin Edgar McMahan will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. McMahan, 21, of Daleville, died Monday, April 30, 2001, in Enterprise.
Visitation will be Saturday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Frank L. Cole of Meridian who died Wednesday, May 2, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Frank Jordan who died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in Clarke County.
JOHNNY BROWN
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for for Johnny Brown, 81, of Meridian, who died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital in Kosciusko.
