FARMER, ISHEE

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Farmer of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Michelle, to John Patrick Ishee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Ishee of Quitman.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 23, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church.
Miss Farmer is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Farmer; Eloise McMahan of Meridian and the late Toxey McMahan.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received a degree in education from Mississippi State University.
While attending MSU, she was a member of Kappa Delta Pi educational honor society.
Miss Farmer is employed with the Lauderdale County School System as a teacher at Northeast Elementary School.
Mr. Ishee is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ishee of Stringer and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Thead of Quitman.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Quitman High School and received a degree in agriculture from Mississippi State University.
While attending MSU, he served as treasurer of the Poultry Science Club. Mr. Ishee is employed by Sanderson Farms of Laurel.
A reception will be held in the church Family Life Center following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
Fee, Richardson
Mr. and Mrs. Irby Joel Stanley of Hattiesburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Blair Fee, to Reginald Wade Richardson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Richardson of Stonewall. Miss Fee is also the daughter of the late Dr. Samuel Darnell Fee Jr. of Ripley, Tenn.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 9, 2001, at 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Hattiesburg.
Miss Fee is the granddaughter of Mary Gill Fee of Covington, Tenn., and the late Samuel Darnell Fee Sr.; Muriel Witherington of Covington and the late John Carlyle Witherington Jr.
The bride-elect, a graduate of Presbyterian Christian High School, is currently pursuing a degree in dental hygiene at the University of Southern Mississippi.
At USM, she is a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
Mr. Richardson is the grandson of Nellie Richardson of Stonewall and the late C.D. Richardson, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Drew Allen Wade of Vossburg.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Enterprise High School and Jones County Junior College. He received a degree in health and physical education from William Carey College.
While attending WCC, he played four years of baseball and was an honors graduate.
Mr. Richardson is employed as an assistant baseball coach at Jones County Junior College.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
WARREN, WARREN
Dr. and Mrs. Virgil G. Warren of DeKalb announce the engagement of their daughter, Carol Diann, to the Rev. Gilman DeWayne Warren, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sloke Warren of DeKalb.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 9, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Union United Methodist Church.
Miss Warren is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Key Warren Sr. of DeKalb and the late Mr. and Mrs. Alto Miller of McKenzie, Ala.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Kemper Academy. She received a bachelor of science degree from the University of West Alabama and a master of science degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University.
Miss Warren is currently employed at East Kemper Elementary School in Scooba.
Mr. Warren is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Warren of DeKalb and the late Gilman Ruth of Greenville, Tenn. and the late Minnie Jefferson of Aliceville, Ala.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Kemper High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in social studies education from Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing a master of divinity degree from Memphis Theological Seminary.
Mr. Warren serves as pastor of North Bend and Hope United Methodist churches in Neshoba County.
A reception will be held in the fellowship hall following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
BALLARD, WHITAKER
Mr. and Mrs. L. Ted Ballard of Quitman announce the engagement of their daughter, Lesley Nicole "Nikki," to Michael Dewayne Whitaker, son of the Rev. Billy Whitaker of Quitman and the late Vergie Mae Whitaker.
The wedding will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2001, at First Baptist Church of Stonewall.
The bride elect is the granddaughter the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Preston Cooper of Quitman and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Henry "Ted" Ballard of Stonewall.
Miss Ballard is an honors graduate of Clarkdale High School and received an associate of arts degree in computer technology from Meridian Community College.
While attending MCC, she was an active member of Phi Beta Lambda, where she served as the projects coordinator.
Miss Ballard is employed at Kelley Oil Company in Waynesboro.
Mr. Whitaker, an honors graduate of Quitman High School, is employed by the Kelley Companies in Waynesboro.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and reception, which will be held at the Quitman County Club.
ANDERSON, MCELROY
Mr. and Mrs. Roland E. Anderson of Purvis announce the engagement of their daughter, Martha Shannon, to Ransom Mercer McElroy, son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. McElroy of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Monday, July 16, 2001, at 9 a.m. in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Miss Anderson is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Harmon Anderson of Purvis; Bessie Gilpin of Fayette, Ala. and the late Dewey W. Gilpin.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Purvis High School and attended Pearl River Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi.
Miss Anderson is employed by Hattiesburg Clinic as manager of Sumrall Medical Center.
Mr. McElroy is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. R. Newton McElroy of Lauderdale and the late Mr. and Mrs. Mercer C. Johnson of Lizelia.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and attended Meridian Community College and the University of Mississippi.Mr. McElroy is employed as operations manager with McElroy Heating and Plumbing Inc.
