Warren sweeps Stock Lite class at Causeyville Raceway

Racing Saturday night at Causeyville Raceway saw new faces in victory lane as well as plenty of action on the track. About 45 karts participated in the action this week.
Peter Warren, riding the No. 36 kart, dominated the Stock Lite class this week by winning all three events. Kris Hayes in the 55 kart and Chris Myers in the 3M kart finished second and third in that feature race.
The Rookie Blue Class had three different winners this week. Davey Massey in the 32 kart won the first heat race, Amanda Rawson No. 5 won the second heat and No.7 Ray Walton won his first feature event of the year followed Rawson and Avrie Eaves in the 8 kart.
In the Yard Kart class, Tyler Smith No. 53 won the first heat and feature races. Kyle Followell on the 32x won the second heat. Mikel Sullins in the No. 7 kart won the first heat in the Stock Medium class. Andy Pippen continued his winning ways this week by taking the second heat and feature races followed by Mikel Sullins and Anthony Rawson in the No. 6 kart.
Tyler Creel won the first two heats this week but David Edwards Jr. No. 30 won his first feature of the year in the rookie Purple Class.
The Stock Heavy class had the most karts this week with 12 karts which made for some interesting racing. No.92 Scott Williams won the first heat, Marshall Mayerhoff No. 60 won the second heat, but it was No.77 Mike Palmiter taking the checkered flag in the feature event followed by Scott Williams and Marshall Mayerhoff.
The Limited Class was back in action this week with Troy Roberts driving the No. 77 winning the feature race. Andy Pippin, No. 55, won the heat races.
Anthony Rawson, No. 16, won the Star Champ Feature race and Steve Snow won the heats in that class.
