GOOD-BYE Eleanor Umphlett's kindergarten class at Poplar Spring's Elementary School hugged her students good-bye on Thursday, the last day of the 2000-2001 school year.
This was Umphlett's 14th year at Poplar Springs Elementary. Right before the bell rang, they read "Pig Out" and danced to the Spanish alphabet song.
