ELECTION DAY Frank Bell casts his vote in Meridian's municipal elections today at City Hall.
Four candidates are running for mayor, and incumbent councilmen face opposition in Wards 3, 4 and 5. The polls are open until 7 p.m. Residents with questions about where to vote can call City Clerk Ed Skipper at 485-1945 or 485-1946.
