Dru Hayden Jordan of Meridian and Bradley Stuart Griffith of Pineville, N.C., were married Saturday, May 19, 2001, at Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, N.C., with the Rev. Greg Johnson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Dr. and Mrs. Robert Jordan of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Kennith Griffith of Matthews, N.C.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Earl Moak of Bogalusa, La., and the Rev. and Mrs. Robert Jordan of Louisville.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Margaret Griffith of Charlotte and the late Charles Griffith and the late Harold and Irene Bryan of Youngstown, Ohio.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Matron of honor was Kara Marino of Waxhaw, N.C., cousin of the bride. Cory Griffith of Matthews, cousin of the bridegroom, served as best man.
A luncheon reception was held in the Grand Salon at Ballantyne Resort following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Charleston, the couple resides in Pineville.
The bride is a graduate of Lamar High School and received a bachelor's degree in art and psychology from the University of Mississippi.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Bible Baptist High School in Charlotte and received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Pensacola Christian College. He is employed in the information technology division at Belk Department Stores.
