Mr. and Mrs. W.O. Huey Jr., of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin, to Jamie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Nicholson of Laurel.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 25, 2001, at 11 a.m. at Pine Grove Church.
Miss Huey is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Scarborough of Collinsville, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McElroy and the late W.O. Huey.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Christian Liberty Academy and East Central Community College, where she received a degree in cosmetology.
Miss Huey is employed by Short Kutz Hair Studio.
Mr. Nicholson is the grandson of Holcomb Nicholson of Union and Mrs. Louis Gentry of Little Rock.
Mr. Nicholson is employed by Hilton Spears Custom Cabinets Inc.
A reception will be held in the fellowship hall at the church following the ceremony.
