FOLEY, Ala. Services for R.C. Powers will be held today at 3 p.m. at Bayview Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements will be handled by Bayview Funeral Homes and Cemeteries.
Mr. Powers, 64, of Magnolia Springs, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, at his home. He was a member of Moose Lodge Number 557 in Pensacola, Fla.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Powers of Magnolia Springs; a son, Thomas C. Powers of Leesburg, Ga.; two daughters, Toni C. Johnson of Milton, Fla., and Cynthia M. Felton of Magnolia Springs; a step-son, Stacey L. McKay of Silverhill; two brothers, Dan Powers of Amarillo, Texas and Robert Powers of Houston, Texas; 11 grandchildren, Nikkie Pinner, Heather Powers, Jessica Johnson, James Johnson, James Felton, Toyahcha Felton, Destarte Felton, Christopher McKay, Josh McKay, Crystal Pace and Gina Pace; and a great-grandson, Noah Pace.

GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Dora Weaver Roberts will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clovis Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Boswell Cemetery.
Mrs. Roberts, 79, of Gilbertown, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, in Gilbertown. She was retired.
Survivors include a daughter, Belinda Roberts McKee of Gilbertown; a sister, Hazel Whittington of Ozark; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hudson Roberts.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
ROBERT LEE SISTRUNK
Retired farmer
STARKVILLE Services for Robert Lee Sistrunk will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Cappleman officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery.
Mr. Sistrunk, 92, of Starkville, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, at his home. He was a retired farmer and maintenance employee at Mississippi State University.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita Joyce Oswalt of Starkville; a sister, Ellene Virginia Rivere, of Jayess; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert James Sistrunk.
The family requests memorials be made to Adaton Baptist Church.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home
JOAN E. STOVER
Homemaker
Services for Joan E. Stover will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jeff Hancock and Roy Dabbs officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Clarke County.
Mrs. Stover, 63, of Meridian, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2001, at Heartfelt Hospice. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence Stover of Meridian; two children, Sheila Reynolds and her husband, Richard and Terry Pope and his wife, Tina, all of Meridian; two grandchildren, Brandy Richardson of Houston, Texas and Terry Pope Jr. of Meridian; three great-grandchildren, Justin Ashley, Robert Richardson and Cody Richardson, all of Houston, Texas; two uncles, Howard Hinson of Quitman and Raymond Hinson and his wife, Claranell, of Meridian; two aunts, Ruby Griffin of Atlanta and Adell Thompson and her husband, Jeff, of Mobile, Ala.; and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Luther Griffin and Lucy Elizabeth Shirley.
Pallbearers will be Billy Wayne Shirley, Mike Hinson, Buddy Hinson, Harold Magee, Pete Jenkins and Thomas Robinson.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements for Patricia Ann O'Connor were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home. Mrs. O'Connor, 59, of Meridian, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
