Erin Huey of Collinsville and Jamie Nicholson of Little Rock were married Saturday, Aug. 25, 2001, at Pine Grove Church with the Rev. Curtis M. Dyer Jr. officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. W.O. Huey Jr. of Collinsville and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Nicholson of Laurel.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Scarborough of Collinsville, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McElroy of Meridian and the late W.O. Huey.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Louise Gentry of Little Rock and Holcomb Nicholson of Union.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Ann Barnett, pianist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white two-piece sleeveless gown enhanced with a bodice of bridal satin with lace and pearl appliques. The full skirt of illusion was accented with crystal droplets. Her headpiece, a crystal tiara, held two tiers of illusion.
Matron of honor was Jennifer Everett of Tuscaloosa, Ala. Maid of honor was Bethany Huey of Collinsville.
Flower girls were Katlyn Hoffer of Collinsville and Meredith Huey of Manassas, Va.
Tommy Hitt of Little Rock was best man and groomsman was Jason Jones of Newton. Ushers were Stephen Nicholson, Jay Nicholson and Jonathan Nicholson, all of Laurel. Taylor Hoffer of Collinsville was ring bearer.
Register attendant was April Reynolds of Madison.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Assisting were Diane Poole, Belinda Hoffer, Kristen Culpepper, Mandy Mitchell, Keely Smith and many other friends and family.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Little Rock.
