SUNDAY
A miracle healing and deliverance service will be held at 3 p.m. at New Christian Faith Ministries. The Rev. Ed Casey of Mobile, Ala., will be guest speaker.

PORTERVILLE Keys Chapel United Methodist Church will observe their annual Harvest Day Celebration.
Sunday school will begin at 10 a.m., followed by worship service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Charles Wash as speaker. An old-fashioned dinner will be served on the church grounds after the morning services.
WEST POINT The Northside Christian Church will host the Fourth Pastoral Anniversary Celebration of the Rev. Orlando R. Richmond Sr. at 3 p.m.
The Rev. Eddie Longstreet and St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church will be the guest church family. A time of fellowship will be held after the service at the Bryan UFCW Union Hall.
UNION The Fourth Annual Newton County Cluster Songfest will be held at 6 p.m. at Sylvester United Methodist Church.
The evening will feature special song presentations and congregational singing, followed by a time of fellowship after the service. Choirs and singers of the Newton County Cluster United Methodist Church will be featured.
Haven Chapel United Methodist Church's Annual Camp Meetings will be held throughout the month. Services will begin at 6 p.m.
Presiding ministers will be: Oct. 7, the Rev. James Griffin of New Haven United Methodist Church, Pulaski; Oct. 14, the Rev. Gerald Hudson of Newell Chapel CME Church; and Oct. 21, the Rev. George Price of New Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Shubuta.

MONDAY
Fall Revival will be held through Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Calvary Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. J.T. McKenzie as guest speaker.
Homecoming services will be held the following Sunday at 2 p.m.
Tofu Tasting Classes will be held at North Hills Christian School Gym. The sessions are sponsored by First Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Scheduled from 6 p.m.-8 p.m., each session will feature a complete meal served, tofu dish preparation demonstrations, information on the nutritional value of tofu as well as the latest research on prevention of heart disease and cancer. Sessions are also scheduled for Oct. 15 and 22

UNION Mt. Zion UMC's Annual Squirrel Stew will be held Oct. 13 at the church.
Those attending are asked to bring their favorite squirrel stew, along with other stews and dishes. Cooking will start at 5:30 p.m., and dinner served at 6 p.m.
Entertainment will be provided by the Traveler's Quartet.
First Assembly of God's Camp Meeting and Kids Crusade 2001 will be held Oct. 14-19. Services will be held at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Oct. 14, and 7 p.m., Oct. 15-19.
Guest ministers will be: The Rev. Tim Todd of Monroe, La., Oct. 14-15; the Rev. Morris Mott of Plainfield, Ind., Oct. 16-17; and the Rev. Rod Vincent of Dayton, Texas, Oct. 18-19. Special music will be provided by ken Harmon and One Accord, Bill Mayfield and Narrow Highway, Reed Gipson, the First Assembly Singers and others. A nursery will be provided each evening of service.
The church is located on Highway 19 north, next to Marvin's.
PORTERVILLE Homecoming will be observed Oct. 14 at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Food will be served following the service.
The church is located on Highway 498 west.
During the presentation, Denson will share the music and message from his latest recording "From This Day On."
Tickets are $10, general admission. One hundred Gold Artist tickets are available for $25 each. This entitles the holder a private session with Denson before the concert, plus priority seating.
Tickets may be purchased at The Bible Bookstore (both locations) and Fishes and Loaves. All proceeds will go to The King's Academy Christian School.

NEWTON The Dixie Echoes of Pensacola Florida will present a concert Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at First Methodist Protestant Church of Newton The Dixie Echoes has appeared on such television programs as "The Gospel Singing Jubilee," TBN, "Sing Out, America" and Gospel Music Television. A love offering will be taken.
The church is located at 8381 Highway 80 West in Newton.
CHUNKY Chunky Baptist Church will celebrate their 36th annual Homecoming Day on Oct. 21.
Sunday school will begin at 9:45 a.m., with worship service at 11 a.m. The Rev. Charles Evans, author of "All About Heaven" and "The Joy of Christian Living" will be guest speaker.
Following the worship service, lunch will be served in the family life building. The afternoon program will feature the Rowzees and the Lockey Sisters.
QUITMAN The Holy Spiritualaires of Laurel will be in concert Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Nebo AME Church.
The church is located in the Crandall Community.
