Massingill, Bledsoe

Tiffany Rose Bledsoe and Brandon Richard Massingill were married Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, at First Baptist Church in Butler. The Rev. Archie McIntyre officiated at the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bledsoe of Butler and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Massingill of Chunky.
Music was provided by Susie Morgan, pianist; and soloist Matthew Cornelson.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of ivory matte satin with a tulle overlay adorned with lace medallions. The lace was accented with iridescent sequins and pearls. The spaghetti strap bodice was accented with lace medallions which fell into an A-line style skirt. The gown had a chapel-length train which featured the lace sequins and scattered pearls. The bride wore a headpiece of rhinestones and pearls to which was attached an elbow-length veil of illusion. She carried a bouquet of white cala lillies, white roses and baby's breath.
Bridal attendants were Robin Mazingo, Trisha Sims and Tiffany Dawn Casey. Katie Sims was flower girl and Courtney Sims was the Bible carrier.
Groomsmen were Lance Hasbrovck, Todd Vallot and Paul Keller. Ushers were David Pool and Todd Bledsoe. Ring bearer was Tyler Reid.
The bridegroom chose a scripture from Isaiah 43:2 which the Rev. McIntyre read from the Bible of the bride's grandmother, while the couple lit the unity candle.
A reception followed the ceremony at the National Guard Armory. Wedding guests were entertained by the band "Groove Unit" of Meridian.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Chunky.
