After last week's 24-20 loss to West Lauderdale the Southeast Tigers are no longer in the hunt for a 5-3A playoff berth.
The Tigers will be on the road Friday night with a trip to Choctaw Central to close out their 2001 season.
Southeast stands at 3-5 for the season and 1-4 in district 5-3A play.
Choctaw Central is 4-5 overall and 1-4 in district play.
Friday night's game is a district match up as Choctaw Central will be shooting for an even season.
This will be the last game for some of the Tiger's standouts including running back Travis Reed, wide receiver Willie Hood, and quarterback Ben Reed.
Ben put up an impressive 175 yards passing last week with three touchdown passes.
He has led the Tige's offense all season.
The Tigers will be returning some familiar names next year including Roderick Baskin, Andy Landrum, LaPatrick Carlisle, and Matt Raines.
