Services for Mildred Lee Todd will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Goodman officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Collinsville.
Mrs. Todd, 85, of Collinsville, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Anderson of Meridian and Frances Gressett of Collinsville; a son, James E. Todd of Quitman; grandchildren, Todd Ratcliff of Bailey, Kevin Todd and John Todd, both of Quitman; four great grandchildren, Morgan Ratcliff, Madison Todd, Rachel Todd and Jodie Todd; two sisters, Myrtle Ezell and Mavis Wilson, both of Meridian; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley Williams and Barbara Rigdon Williams; her husband, James Boyd Todd; and a son, John Willis Todd.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside services for James M. Gregory will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Robert Horel officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and an Army Veteran.
Survivors include two sons, William "Bill" Gregory of Dalewood and Tom Gregory of New Orleans, La.; a daughter, Margaret Suggs of Scottsdale, Ariz.; seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
JAMES F. BATES
Retired military
PHILADELPHIA Services for James F. "Chubby" Bates will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel with the Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Bates, 83, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2001, at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital in Kosciusko.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindy B. Turnage of Brandon and Kathy B. Riles of Tupelo; two sisters, Inez McLaughlin of Warrington, Fla., and Frances Rutledge of Dallas; a brother, Samuel R. Bates of Pascagoula; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maurine Hooper Bates.
Visitation will be today from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Ulysses Kelly, 53, of Meridian, who died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2001, in Jackson.
THOMAS CHARLES SMITH
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Thomas Charles Smith, 76, of Quitman, who died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
