Mr. and Mrs. E.L. Vowell Jr. of Louisville announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Dawn, to Joshua Anthony Hatcher, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Hatcher of Philadelphia.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Louisville.
Miss Vowell is the granddaughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Smith Whiteside of Tupelo and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Vowell of Noxapater.
She is a graduate of Winston Academy and continued her education at East Central Community College. She recently received a degree in marketing from Delta State University.
Mr. Hatcher is the grandson of Dorothy Rodgers of Noxapater and the late Leroy Rodgers; Owana Hatcher of Philadelphia and the late Samuel Hatcher.
He is a graduate of Winston Academy. He attended East Central Community College and the University of Central Arkansas. Mr. Hatcher received a degree in business from Delta State University. He is employed with Hatcher Logging Inc.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
