Jill Rene Brady of Gulfport and George Randle Thomas of Vicksburg were married Saturday, Oct. 13, 2001, at Grace Episcopal Church in Canton with the Rev. Jud Meaders officiating.
Parents of the couple are Beth Brady Bivens of Pearl, Thaddeus Ross Brady of Gulfport, and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest George Thomas.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Joseph Glenn Harkins.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Randle Sanders.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Cecil Fox, organist; and Brent Corbello, soloist.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Matron of honor was Stacey Calloway Ready of Hattiesburg and maid of honor was Jan Marie Brady of Gulfport. Bridesmaid was Ann Blair Thomas of Vicksburg.
Avery Nejam of Jackson was flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Benjamin Hill Thomas of Vicksburg and Dr. Richard Dunn Sanders of Creole, La.
Ring bearers were Benjamin Thomas and Hunter Thomas of Jackson. Rice bag attendants were Brynn Corbello and Carly Harkins.
A reception was held at Old St. Anne in Canton following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in the Grand Cayman Islands, the couple resides in Meridian.
