Jennifer Leigh Jenkins of Benton and Robert Lance Fulcher of Starkville were married Saturday, June 16, 2001, at Benton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Roger McGrew officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Randall Warren Jenkins of Benton, and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Metts Fulcher of Quitman.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Taft Webb of Yazoo City, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin J. Jenkins of Benton.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Hillman of Madden, Mr. and Mrs. John L. Long and the late J.W. Fulcher of Louisville.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Margaret Evans, pianist; Casey Hesser, Kenny Hillman and Michelle McCann, soloists.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal gown of Duchesses satin. Embroidered satin fashioned the corselet top embellished with contrasting caf rosettes and seed pearls. Her veil was tiers of illusion.
Matron of honor was Jennifer Long and maid of honor was Donna Peninger, both of Brandon. Other attendants were Aimee Baggett of Tallahassee, Fla., Angela Friedenreich of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Jessica Jenkins of Vicksburg and Misty Lacey of Kosciusko. Chloe Jernigan of Olive Branch was flower girl.
Bobby Fulcher of Quitman served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Jason Doggett of Starkville, Kyle Fulcher of Madison, Hop Hopkins of Hattiesburg, Randy Jenkins of Inverness, Greg Read of Pflugerville, Texas, Dr. Adam Weems of Greenwood, Peyton Crawford of Inverness, Tyler Rogers of Louisville, Cory Sims of Columbus and Alex Brady of Olympia, Wash.
A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents following the ceremony. Music was provided by Gilmore.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides in Starkville.
