SCOOBA A fugitive from Eutaw, Ala., is back in Chicago after FBI agents picked him up from the Kemper County Jail.
Robert Louis Hamilton, 51, had been arrested Jan. 24 by Lt. Reginald Spencer with the Scooba Police Department after the officer pulled the man over for speeding.
Spencer then arrested Hamilton for drunken driving and having no driver's license. Hamilton provided Spencer with an identification card from Alabama.
When Spencer ran a check on Hamilton's name, the officer discovered the man was wanted by the FBI on charges of crack cocaine distribution in Chicago.
Hamilton remained in Kemper County Jail until the FBI picked him up on Jan. 29.
