PHILADELPHIA Screaming, jumping, smiling, laughing. Just why was the city of Philadelphia gathered in the middle of its high school basketball court Saturday night, celebrating a glorious evening? Both Philadelphia teams won division championships, although the girls blew a 17-point second-half lead and the boys blew a 15-point second-half advantage of their own.
