PHILADELPHIA Services for Willie Fate Sisson will be held today at 1 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Lonoia Burks officiating. Burial will be in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County.
Mr. Sisson, 71, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at Neshoba County General Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Marvis Sisson of Philadelphia; a daughter, Patti Abraham of Starkville; sisters, Hazel Willis and Nell Todd, and a brother, Richard Sisson, all of Philadelphia; and three grandchildren.

QUITMAN Services for Thomas Harvey Dearman will be held today at 2 p.m. at Energy Church with the Revs. Tim Adams and Ronnie Boles officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dearman, 89, of Energy, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital. He served as supervisor of Beat Four in Clarke County for 12 years and a was a lifelong member of Energy Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Doree Irby and her husband, Billy, Nora Lee Irby, Hilda Davidson and her husband, Robert, all of Energy; seven grandchildren, Bruce, Tommy, Jerry and Craig Irby, Audrey Clearman, Suzanne Raley and Rodney Davidson; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Annie May Davidson and Dot Smith; four brothers, Cleo, Leroy, Clyde, all of Energy, and Joseph of Alexandria, La.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie M. Dearman; parents, Arthur and May Dearman; sister, Velma Thornhill; brothers, Clarence and Brady Dearman.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Bruce, Tommy, Craig and Jerry Irby, Rodney Davidson and his grandsons-in-law, Billy Clearman and Scott Raley.

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. Services for John Houston Peden Jr. will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Rosehaven Chapel in Whitley-Garner Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Gibbs officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens in Mobile, Ala.
Mr. Peden, 58, of Flowery Branch, Ga., formerly of Mobile, died Sunday, March 10, 2002. He was a native of Meridian and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in Vietnam.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Peden Sr. of Mobile; brothers, Donald Peden and his wife, Debra, of Douglasville, Carl C. Peden of Acworth, Ga., and Gary N. Peden of Alabaster, Ala.; a sister, Jean Inge and her husband, Coleman, of Mobile; and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society or a favorite charity.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
