Clay Bounds
One of the strengths of the Lamar School golf program is its ability to get and improve young golfers. One such player is seventh-grader Clay Bounds.
Bounds played last week as a B-teamer in the Lamar Golf Classic at Northwood Country Club. While he had a tough day in the Lamar Tournament, Bounds recently shot his career best round on the course.
That's not the case for one of his favorites, No. 17 at Northwood.
