Services for Raymond E. "Bubba" Thompson will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ralph Henson and Kevin Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Thompson, 69, of Meridian died Friday, May10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a retired meat market manager at A&P. He was a southern Baptist and a member of the Moose Lodge, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved all who loved him.
Survivors include his wife, Auzella Thompson of Meridian; his sons, Randy Thompson and his wife, Kim, of Enondale; Ronnie Thompson and his wife, Debbie, of Pearl, Doug Thompson and his wife, Anna, of Meridian; five grandchildren, Natalie Thompson, Chad Thompson, Alex Thompson, Randy Boyd Thompson and Allyson Thompson; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cannie Purvis and a brother, James "Cooter" Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Buddy Rainer, Billy Kinard, Jimmy Sullivan, Freddie Monsour, Raymond Moore, Ralph Arrington, Gerald Wayne Thompson and Huett Stoddard. Honorary pallbearers are James Skipper, Snoot Monsour, Chick Gossett, Harold Powell, Tommy Monsour, Larry Neal, Walter "Horse" Hurst Sr., Gray Johnson, John Dick and W.L.Miller.

Services for Annie Shaw will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Douglas Stone and Ed Holloman officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove-Bonita Community Cemetery.
Mrs. Shaw, 84, of Meridian, died Saturday, May 11, 2002, at Guardian Angel Hospice. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Meridian.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara S. Branning and her husband, Clois; a son, George Bernard Shaw and his wife, Shirley; a brother, John H. Holloman, all of Meridian; Grandchildren, Lamar Branning and his wife, Pam, Allan Branning and his wife, Amy, Chris Branning and his wife Tyonia, all of Meridian, Eddie Shaw and his wife, Jennifer, of Memphis, Tenn., the Rev. Craig Shaw and his wife, Tina, of Miami; great-grandchildren, Kelly Branning, Jacob Branning, Will Branning, Brookley Branning, Bryce Branning, Stephen Shaw, Hannah Shaw, Tyler Shaw, Keeton Branning and Kolby Branning.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Douglas Shaw.
Pallbearers will be Lamar Branning, Allan Branning, Chris Branning, Eddie Shaw, Craig Shaw, and Jimmy Hoffer.

FOREST Services for Julia P. Graham will be Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at Ephesus Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Ott and Lee Funeral Home of Forest is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Graham, 81, of Forest, died Sunday, May 12, 2002, at Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest. She was a retired assembly line worker.
Survivors include her daughters, Arlene Doggett of Big Springs, Texas, Jimmie Nell Chesney of Little Rock and Bernice Bradford of Forest; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.B."Ben" Graham.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
