The Sports Bulletin Board normally runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. There are three ways to submit items for publication. GOLF TOURNAMENTS
Quitman Country Club Annual 4-Ball Invitational
There will be a 4-ball invitational June 8-9, tee times are 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. each day. Entry fee is $200 per team. Prizes will be awarded for first through third place. A catfish supper with all the trimmings Saturday night, Calcutta and music Saturday night, food and drinks each day on the course. Causeyville Raceway
The Go-Kart racing season is under way at Causeyville Raceway. Causeyville Raceway is located two miles south of Causeyville on the Causey-Clarke Rd. For more information, call 644-3535.
STA-BIL Mississippi Mower Mania
A Race for Riding Lawn Mowers, will be held June 8 at Horn Lake, at 1 p.m. at "Bullfrog Corner", Highway 51 and Goodman Road. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children 6-12 and free for kids under five. This is sanctioned by the U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association. BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS
Brett McClendon Memorial Baseball Classic
A baseball tournament will be held on June 7-9 at Bearpen Park in Cleveland. There will be two age groups 12 under and 13 under. Fee is $200 with three games guaranteed. All money will go to a scholarship at Delta State University. For more information call Destry Harmon at 662-742-4242.
Pensacola Summer Classic
The Pensacola "Summer Classic" Super Series Baseball of America National Qualifying Tournament will be held June 7-9. Individual ages are 8U-12U Coach pitch. SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS
MERIDIAN INVITATIONAL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT
The Meridian Invitational softball tournament will be held at the Sammie Davidson Softball Complex, May 25. This is a men's class "C" with a 4HR limit tournament. Entry fee is $125. For more information, call Alvin Alexander at 986-8594 or V.L. Mott at 482-3639.
University of Southern Mississippi Softball Tournament
The University of Southern Mississippi and Coca Cola classic will host a men's softball tournament and Diet Coke Classic and USM will host a women's softball tournament Saturday-Sunday, May 25-26, at Hattiesburg Parks and Recreation, Tatum Park Softball Complex. Entry fee is $150 per team and deadline is Tuesday May 21. For more information contact Stephen Rey at 266-5405.

CAMPS
East Central Community College Baseball Camp
The ECCC Baseball camp will be held over two weeks and are scheduled for ages 6-12 May 28-May 30, 8 a.m.-noon each day. Another camp will be held for students age 13 to high school juniors, June 17-June 19, 9 a.m.- noon each day. Both camps will be held at Jamie Clark Memorial Stadium. Cost in $40 per camper. Southern Miss baseball camp
The University of Southern Mississippi will hold a baseball camp June 3-6 (kids day camp), June 30-July 2 ( pitching and catching) and July 21-23 (total skills camp)There is a $75 deposit assure participation. Lamar Sports Camp

Steve McNair Football Camp
The 2002 Steve McNair Football Camp will be held at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College at Perkinston on June 30-July 2. Entry fee is $175 per camper. This is an overnight camp that will stress fundamental football skills. Tuition includes overnight dorm accommodations, meals, camp t-shirt, certificate of participation, and an autographed picture of Steve McNair. The Tennessee Titan quarterback and some of the top high school coaches in the area will be providing the instructions. For more information contact Anna Askew or Don Weatherell at 264-9490.
Alcorn State Girls Basketball Camp
The Shirley A. Walker basketball camp will will be held July 8-10. This camp is set for girls seventh grade through 12 grade. Registration begins on Sunday, July 7 between 4 p.m.- 6 p.m. at the Davey L. Whitney Complex at Alcorn State University.

Wildcat Basketball Camp
The Meridian High School will host a basketball camp June 3-6 for grades 3-8. The times of the camp will be 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. and entry fee is $35. The camp includes individual fundamentals, free throw contest, hot shot contest, three on three tournament, league games, camp t-shirts and camp trophies. Camp staff includes, Ernie Watson, Sherrod Miller, Marty Everett, local high school coaches, and Meridian High School basketball players.
