ELIJAH THOMAS HARPER
Winona Graveside services for Elijah Thomas Harper were held Monday at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton with the Rev. Will Dowling officiating. Lee Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Elijah Thomas, three weeks, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Trey Harper of Carrollton; brothers, John Aubrey Harper and Joshua Breland Harper of Carrollton; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Moody of Meridian; paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ray Harper of Grenada and maternal great-grandparent, Ann Moody of Meridian.
Memorials may be made to Elijah Harper Memorial Fund, attention, Michelle c/o The Ronald McDonald House, 2524 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39216.
DONALD LEE GORDON

Services for Donald Lee Gordon will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with the Revs. Edward O'Conner, Harriet Simmons and Right Rev. Duncan M. Gray Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gordon, 68, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2002, at his home. He was a lifetime resident of Meridian and recently a resident of Philadelphia. He worked for Archer &Archer Architects for 20 years and retired from the Mississippi Bureau of Buildings. He was also a retired colonel from the 186th Air National Guard at Key Field.
Survivors include his wife, Rae Ellen Gordon, of Philadelphia; a son, Todd Martin Gartrell, and his wife, Laurie, of Tampa, Fla.; three daughters, Kathy Gordon McCullen, and her husband, Ira, of Monroe, Ga., Lee Ann Gordon Robins, and her husband, Greg, of Jackson, Tenn., and Allison Gartrell Willis, and her husband, Dr. Walt Willis, of Philadelphia; and seven grandchildren, Andrew and Wesley McCullen, of Monroe, Emily, Maggie and Lily Robins, of Jackson, and Joseph and Caroline Willis, of Philadelphia.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. A.D. Gordon, and a sister, Geraldine Gordon Stevens.
Pallbearers will be Bill Gray, Henry Kratt, Larry Van Dyke, Dickie Mosley and Bob Ford.
Donations may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
Family will receive friends at the church today from 10 a.m.-11 a.m.

PHILADELPHIA Graveside services for Helen M. "Ludean" Perkins will be held today at 2 p.m. at Henry's Chapel Cemetery in Philadelphia, with the Rev. Steve Craft officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Service of Philadelphia is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Perkins, 77, of Jackson, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2002, at Lakeland Health Care Center in Jackson.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sharmain P. Berl, of Brandon, and Robbie Southworth, of Monroe, La.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Perkins.
Visitation will be held today from noon- 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
WILSON E. TAYLOR
NEWTON Services for Wilson E. Taylor will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Decatur United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery. Barham Funeral Home of Newton is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Taylor, 83, of Decatur, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
