Mountain Springs Lake Resort in Reeders, Pa., was the setting for the July 27, 2002, wedding of Misty L. Falcone of Kunkletown, Pa., and John H. "Bubba" Smith Jr. formerly of Meridian.
Parents of the couple are Janice S. Falcone of Kunkletown, and John and Coleene Smith of Meridian.
Grandmother of the bride is Lucia C. Falcone of Pennsylvania.
Music for the outdoor wedding was provided by Marie Racciato of Pennsylvania, pianist.
Escorted by her brother, Bryan K. Falcone of Pennsylvania, the bride wore a white matte satin gown with small sequenced flowers at the hemline. The back of the gown was corset-style tied. The bride carried a bouquet of loosely tied white calla lilies.
ToniAnn Falcone, sister-in-law of the bride, served as matron of honor. Other attendants were Shannon R. Nagy, cousin of the bride, Jaime B. Bower and Sarah B. Wasser, all of Pennsylvania.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Michael Smith of Meridian, brother of the bridegroom, Jeff Syracuse and Jon Bower, both of Pennsylvania.
Ring bearers were Bryan K. Falcone Jr. and Jonathan Maxwell Smith, nephews of the bride and bridegroom.
Program attendants were Brianna Mitchell of Meridian and Amie Boswell of Tennessee, cousins of the bridegroom.
A reception was held at The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake Resort following the ceremony. Out-of-town guests besides the bridegroom's family included Glennie Caraway, Donna Mitchell of Meridian and Dianne Harper of Nashville, Tenn.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, Sandals Negril, the couple resides in Kunkletown.
