Two Meridian teenagers wanted in connection with an armed robbery surrendered Tuesday to the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department.
Bond is pending for Quintin K. Trussell, 16, of 1527 48th Ave., and Troy L. Dean, 18, of 3011 Seventh Ave.
The two are charged with the Monday armed robbery of TC's Quik Stop at the intersection of Highway 80 West and Meehan-Savoy Road. The robbery happened at about 2 p.m.
Maj. Ward Calhoun of the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department said the suspects turned themselves in at the sheriff's office at 5:30 p.m. after investigators questioned their parents, other family members and acquaintances.
Calhoun said CrimeStoppers tips helped in the investigation, as well as surveillance video of the robbery.
