Services for William Joseph "Joe" Boardman were to be held today at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Dr. Danny Chisolm and Dr. Wayne Riley officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Lowe Cemetery in Copiah County.
Mr. Boardman, 41, of Brandon, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2003, in Meehan. He was a graduate of Enterprise High School and attended East Central Community College and Hinds Junior College. He was a respiratory therapist and worked at River Oaks Hospital for more than 14 years. He was recently employed at St. Dominics Hospital in Jackson. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and served with the 186th Air National Guard.
Survivors include his parents, Bobby and Virginia Boardman of Enterprise; sisters, Lynn Strebeck and her husband, Steve, of Collins and Brenda Perry and her husband, Steve, of Lauderdale; a niece, Aubrey Perry and a nephew, Jake Perry, both of Lauderdale; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church Building Fund.
Pallbearers will be Ken Thigten, Mike Adcot, Scotty Heche, Wayne Page, Gary Joiner and Scott Boardman.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Marcie Tidwell will be held today at 11 a.m. at Neshoba Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Collins officiating. Burial will be in Neshoba Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tidwell, 82, of Union, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2003, at Alliance-Laird Hospital in Union.
Survivors include her son, George Tidwell of Union; a brother, William Burkes of Louisville; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G.W. Tidwell.
Self-employed
Services for William Howard Wilkerson will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Kemper County with the Revs. Albert McMullan and Jim Rickles officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wilkerson, 80, of Bailey, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2003, in his home. He was a lifelong member of Liberty Church where he was a deacon and was active in his community. He was a former school board member of East Mississippi Community College and a decorated veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He served in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Myrlene Wilkerson of Bailey; sons, Doug Wilkerson and his wife, Vet, of Bailey and Wayne Wilkerson and his wife, Sandra Sistrunk, of Starkville; a grandson, Will Wilkerson and his wife, Cookie; a great-grandson, Cole Wilkerson; a brother, W.O. Wilkerson and his wife, Gloria; a sister, Elouise Glass, all of Bailey; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.O. and Elzie Wilkerson; and a granddaughter, Ashley Wilkerson.
Pallbearers will be Mike Wall, Bill Clay, T.L. Hightower, Bill Wilkerson, Jim Atwood, Bobby Thompson and Perry Miller.
Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of Liberty Baptist Church.
Pressman for R.R. Donnelley
OXFORD Services for Charles Lamar Rawson will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Baker officiating. Burial will be in Eastover Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Rawson, 39, of Oxford, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2003, in Panola County. He was a member of Looxahoma Church of Christ and enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports.
Survivors include his sons, Kyle Lamar Rawson of Sugarland, Texas; parents, Ann and Larry Culver of Oxford, and J.T. Rawson of Meridian; brothers, Todd Rawson of Olive Branch and Douglas "Shane" Rawson of Austin, Texas.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Scott Harold Hubert
Graveside services for Scott Harold Hubert will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hubert, 45, of Meridian, who died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, in his home.

Services for Catina R. Thomas will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Collinsville with the Rev. Randy Young officiating. Burial will be Cedar Grove Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Thomas, 29, of Meridian, died Friday, Aug. 15, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Survivors include her daughters, Ashley Thomas and Kanisha Thomas; a son, Jontaris Thomas, all of Meridian; her mother, Mary Thomas of Collinsville; her father, David Thomas of Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Dorothy Spencer of Collinsville, Yolanda Thomas and Alexia Thomas, both of Meridian; and a brother, Michael McClelland of Collinsville.
Visitation will be Friday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Retired farmer
Services for Robert Lee "Bob" Brooks Sr. will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. C.L. Walk officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery in Toomsuba. E.E. McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Brooks, 95, of York, Ala., died Friday, Aug. 15, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his children, Cora Lee Moore, Rosie Lee Bounds, Susaner Brooks, Clara D. Brooks and Joe Louis Brooks, all of Meridian, Adlener Knighten of Cuba, Ala., Hattie Grimes and her husband, Adam, of Kewanee, Mattie McCarty and her husband, Otis, of Cleveland, Ohio, Mary E. Moreland and her husband, Rufus, of Dayton, Ohio, Elijah Brooks of Birmingham, Ala., Robert Lee Brooks Jr. and his wife, Jacquelyn, and Johnny Lee Brooks, all of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister, Elnora Robinson of Fayetteville, N.C.; 72 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren, several great-great-great-grandchildren, several great-great-great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife and four children.
Visitation will be in Friday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at E. E. McDonald Community Chapel in Meridian.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Leach Terrell McNeil, 39, of Meridian, who died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
