QUITMAN Services for Irene Gavin McHenry will be held today at 10 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Archie McIntyre and John Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Elim Cemetery in Clarke County.
Mrs. McHenry, 90, of Quitman, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003, at Lakeside Living Center in Quitman.
Survivors include her daughter, Tommie McCarra of La Place, La.; a son, Thomas Denmark of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Denmark and Lila McRee.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Graveside services for Helen Kyle will be held today at 11 a.m. at Causeyville Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Mercer officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kyle, 93, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003, at King's Daughters and Sons Rest Home. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Causeyville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Nina Joyce Southward, Marilyn Dearman and her husband, Perry, all of Meridian; grandchildren, Gregory Southward, Kim Southward, Karen Atkinson and Justin Dearman; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hartselle Kyle.
Gilbertown, Ala. Water Department employee
GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Thomas Leo Linder will be held today at 11 a.m. at Heritage Church of God with the Revs. Clovis Lewis and Lester Pope officiating. Burial will be in Barrytown Cemetery in Gilbertown. Phillips Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Linder, 67, of Barrytown, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Linder of Barrytown,; sons, Dewayne Linder of Barrytown and Darrell Linder of Jackson; a daughter, Shelia Linder Covington of Silas; brothers, Grover Linder and Billy Linder, both of Barrytown and Larry Linder of Mobile; sisters, Rachel Lolley of Gilbertown and Tommie Harvard of Butler; and six grandchildren.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Dalton Reeves Dennis will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at McClain-Hayes Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in Black Jack Cemetery in Neshoba County.
Mr. Dennis, 78, of Clinton, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. He served in World War II and the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife, Beth Dennis; daughters, Jan Wutkowski, of Wilmington, N.C. and Sue Riley of Clinton; a brother, Horace Vedell Dennis of Manchester, Ga.; and two step-granddaughters.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Infant
PHILADELPHIA Services for Amber Nicole Moudy will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery in Philadelphia.
Infant Moudy, one month, nine days old, of Union, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include her parents, Jonathan and Paulette Moudy of Union; a sister, Brianna Williams of Pelahatchie; her maternal grandmother, Rebecca Jackson of Deridder, La.; paternal grandparents, Marjorie Bagwell and Dale Mitchum, both of Little Rock and David Moudy of Drew; great-grandparents, Elsie Whittington of Deridder, Edna Moudy of Indianola and Roberta Fortenberry of Little Rock.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m.-10 p.m. at the funeral home.

BUTLER, Ala. Services for Mary Evelyn Lucas will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenny Massengale officiating. Burial will be in Old Lusk Cemetery in Toxey.
Mrs. Lucas, 85, of Butler, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2003, at Willow Trace Nursing Center in Butler.
Survivors include her daughters, Cathy L. Massengale of Toxey and Janice M. Moritz of Hammond, La.; a sister, Bessie Rainey of Northport; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cecil Lucas and a daughter, Sherry.
Visitation will be held today from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

WATER VALLEY Services for Carl Raymond McDonald Sr. were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at New Elbethel in LaFayette County. Burial will be in Webb Cemetery. Seven Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McDonald, 63, died Monday, Aug. 25, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Lura McDonald of Meridian; a daughter, Sherry Stewart of Meridian; sons, Al McDonald and his wife, Paula, and Randy McDonald and his wife, Beverly, all of Oxford, Carl McDonald and his wife, Kathy, of Meridian; a sister, Marie Gordon of Water Valley; brothers, Aubrey McDonald of Water Valley, Lawrence McDonald of Destin, Fla., Riley McDonald of Memphis, Tenn. and Paul McDonald of Clay Center, Kan.; grandchildren, Katie McDonald, Heather Anders, Carla Russell and Peter Russell, all of Meridian, Johnny McDonald, Kelly McDonald, Bradley McDonald and Blake McDonald, all of Oxford; and one great-granddaughter, Anna Russell of Meridian.
