Services for Lilliemae Pringle will be held today at 11 a.m. at Savannah Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Harper officiating. Burial will be in St. Luke Cemetery. Latimer Metropolitan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Pringle, 92, of Lauderdale County, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2003, in Meridian.
Survivors include her five grandchildren.
Services for Donna Kaye Leonard Appleton will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lane Busbee and Rev. Tatum officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Appleton, 75, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, at Riley Hospital. She was in the accounting business for more than 40 years.
Survivors include her husband, Bennie Appleton of Meridian; children, Wayne Blackwell and his wife, Annette, of Lockport, La., Paul Blackwell and his wife, Cindy, and Kathy Pierce and her husband, David, all of Meridian; two step-children, Ricky Appleton of Moulton, Ala., and Karen Menellie and her husband, Tom, of Decatur, Ala.; six grandchildren and five step-grandchildren; sisters, Nettie Bryant, Daisy Tisdale and Katie Jackson, all of Meridian, Maggie Cardwell and Mary Havard, both of Ward, Ala.; brothers, Robert Elbert Leonard of Ward, John E. Leonard of Meridian and Eugene Leonard of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daisy and Elbert Leonard; and a sister, Virginia Welch Crossley.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Ellen Haddock will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Philadelphia with the Rev. Chris Vowell officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Haddock, 84, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, at Chicot Memorial Hospital in Lake Village, Ark.
Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Ann Alford of Philadelphia; a son, James Watkins Haddock of Lake Village; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. W.L. Watkins and Carrie Watkins.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Hubert Lang will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Center Hill Baptist Church in Philadelphia. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lang, 52, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Robie Lang of Philadelphia; daughters, Tanya Lang of Meridian and Nikki Kelly of Newton; step-daughters, Christy Jackson of Quitman and Terrie Townsend of Meridian; his parents, Leon and Lona Lang of Louisville; sisters, Magaline Eakes of Philadelphia, Vera Pilgrim of Meridian, Georgia Watkins of Noxapater and Mattie Fedrick of Louisville; a brother, Edward Lang of Little Rock; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William Lang.
Visitation will be Thursday 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Retired educator, minister
ROCKTON, Ill. Services for Roger E. Jolly were held Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. at Rockton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Cheryl Easbrook officiating. Burial was in Lightsville Cemetery in Leaf River, Ill. Uehling-Kinzer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Jolly, 90, of Rockton, formerly of Lauderdale County, Miss., died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was a Chaplin and veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II.
Survivors include his sister, Nena Johnson of Laurel; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramona; and several siblings.
Arrangements were incomplete at Clark's Memorial Funeral Home for Roger M. Carlisle, 62, Toomsuba, who died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
