Leaders, Girl Scouts experience Camp Meridale

Meridian area Girl Scout troops have begun registering for a new year and that also means Girl Scout leaders are catching up on things.
Leaders had the opportunity to get their training at Camp Meridale this weekend. More than 70 leaders and daughters enjoyed the outdoors, camping and just having fun.
The girls and moms were busy horseback riding, canoeing, making arts and crafts and participating in other activities.
Girl Scouts representatives offer many types of training for their leaders and all adults moms and dads as well for all Girl Scouts.
