Jamie Elizabeth Ford and Terry Owen Hunt, both of Meridian, were married Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Northcrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Malcolm Lewis officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. James Ray Ford of Meridian, Mr. and Mrs. George Adkins of Moss Point and Tommy Hunt of Collinsville.
Grandparents of the bride are Mamie Webb of Meridian and the late Homer Webb Jr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie J. Ford.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Clarene Little of Meridian and the late William Owen Little; Melvis Snowden of Meridian and the late James Hunt.
Music was provided by Jerry Hooks, trumpeter; Brenda Hooks, pianist; and Erica Harper Brogan, vocalist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white sleeveless gown featuring a fitted bodice embellished with sequins and seed pearls. The full tulle skirt featured lace and sequined appliqus with a cathedral-length train. She carried a bouquet of white and red roses.
Angela Glebe, sister of the bridegroom, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Erica Harper Brogan, Dawn Woods and Denise Garcia, all of Meridian.
Brian Glebe, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jon Allen Hunt, son of the bridegroom, Edgar Woods of Meridian and George Adkins of Moss Point. Ushers were Michael Garcia, Justin Hunt and Kenny Watson, all of Meridian, and Larry Shaffer of Cumming, Ga.
Courtney Glebe was flower girl and Kyle Glebe, both of Meridian, served ring bearer.
Anna Catherine Munn and Shelley Munn served at the bridal registry and as program and bubble attendants.
A reception was held in the church family life center following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Joyce Shaffer, Dottie Sharp and Clara Munn.
After a honeymoon in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple resides in Meridian.
