Sandra Lynn Foster and Christopher Nigel Roberts were married Saturday, Aug. 16, 2003, at Grace Presbyterian Church in Starkville with the Rev. Brad Stewart officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Foster of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Roberts of Starkville.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. James Archie of Meridian, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Booker Witcher of Ackerman.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Florence Prevost and the late Alton Prevost of Kosciusko, and the late Willis E. Roberts of Evans, Ga.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Carolyn Rodgers.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a lace princess lined gown with sheer lace sleeves and a short train of lace. Her hair was adorned with white roses and baby's breath. She carried a bouquet of white roses, greenery and miniature orchids tied with a white satin ribbon.
Lori Sanders of Meridian served as maid of honor.
Anthony "Shot Gun" Adams of Byhalia served as best man. Ushers were David Foster, brother of the bride, and Jonathan Reibsamen, cousin of the bride.
Victoria Roberts was registry attendant.
On the eve of the wedding, the parent's of the bridegroom hosted a rehearsal dinner.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Barner Stewart, Kittye Young, Bonnie Hardin, Lisa Richardson, Julie Chapman, Beth Jamison, Chris Rodgers, Katherine Brown, Judy Eshee and Rachel Anderson.
Following a honeymoon, the couple resides in Blue Mountain.
