Two men suspected of running a methamphetamine lab are in custody in the Lauderdale County jail.
The names of the suspects are being withheld. They had not been charged this morning.
Maj. Ward Calhoun of the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department said deputies received a burglary-in-progress call about 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at a house in the 4000 block of Causeyville Road.
He said deputies and agents of the East Mississippi Drug Task Force took over the investigation of the case, which is continuing.
