JARMC to expand, update cardiac catherization lab

Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center has been issued Certificate of Need authorization from the Mississippi State Department of Health to replace its cardiac catheterization laboratory.
The medical center plans to replace its 10-year-old catheterization equipment with new, state-of-the-art equipment.
Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center also proposes to add 6,917 square feet to the first floor of the hospital's most recent addition. Renovation is expected to cost $1,502,030 and the cost of replacing equipment is $3,658,708.
The Mississippi State Department of Health announced its issuance of the Certificate of Need on Thursday.
