Services for Jimmie Westbrook will be held today at 2 p.m. at Liberty United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Collie officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Latimer Metropolitan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Westbrook, 75, of Neshoba, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2003, at Neshoba County General Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Westbrook of Collinsville; daughters, Jerline Westbrook and Ceola Brister, both of Chicago and Pamela Griffin of Collinsville; sons, James Westbrook of Van Nuys, Calif., Jerome Westbrook of Chicago and Walter Tanksley of Meridian; a sister, Limmie Taylor of Ita Bena; brothers, Elmis Griggs Jr., Jonny Griggs, Leroy Griggs and Isaac Griggs, all of Ita Bena.

UNION Services for John W. Mizell Sr. will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel in Union with the Revs. Lin Chesney and Chris Wells officiating. Burial will be in Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Mizell, 73, of Duffee, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, at Heartfelt Hospice. He retired from the International Paper Co. after 24 years.
Survivors include his wife, Minnie Lee Kilpatrick Mizell of Duffee; two daughters, Dell Mizell Mitchell and her husband, Guy, of Toomsuba; and Sharon Mizell Nelson and her husband, Steve, of Pascagoula; two sons, Douglas Mizell and his wife, Ann Marie, of Peadmont, S.C.; and James Busby and his wife, Patricia, of Duffee; a brother, Willis Mizell of Vinton, La.; a sister, Kate Alexander of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home and four hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Arrangements were incomplete at Clark's Memorial Funeral Home for Rebecca Powell, 65, of Meridian, who died Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
