Services for Betty Sue "Becky" Harmon Ethridge will be held today at 11 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tommy Espey and Dr. Frank Harmon officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Ethridge, 65, of Collinsville, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Pine Grove Church in the Martin Community. She will be remembered and loved as a wife, mamaw and mama.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Ethridge; a daughter, Dawn Wood and her husband, Wade; a son, Dane Ethridge and his wife, Amy; grandchildren, Tyler Wood, Amber Wood, Smokey Ethridge and Colby Ethridge; a sister, June Viator, all from Collinsville and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, C.M. Pete Harmon and Nettie Earline Harmon; her step-mother, Elsie Collins Scarbrough Harmon; sisters, Barbara Harmon Hughes and Netty Lou Harmon and a son, Mitchell Todd Ethridge.
Pallbearers will be Justin Reimer, Jamie Whatley, Jimmy Davis, Lucky Hughes, Danny Davis, Ikie Ethridge, Mitch Covington and Andy DeShazer.

DEKALB Services for Minnie Pearl Rush will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Mars Hill Church of Christ in Philadelphia with the Rev. Alphonso Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. E.E. McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Rush, 83, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include her children, Carl Rush and his wife, Terry, of Collinsville, Ruby Coleman and her husband, Phillip, Ella Rush, Della Rush, Rita Ficklin and her husband, Chris, Hilda Prince and her husband, Shelly, and Joe A. Rush, all of Philadelphia, and Johnny Wells and his wife, Sally of Detroit; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a sister, Luida Black of Philadelphia; and several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband and three siblings.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Services for Amanda Lou McCarter will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. McCarter, 88, of Meridian, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at Queen City Nursing Center. She was thought to be "God's child."
Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Shavers and a son, Burley McCarter, both of Meridian; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Doris Y. Dupont will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Revs. Elvin Sunds and Matthew Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery in the Tucker Community. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dupont, 85, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, in her home. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Senior Citizens Ceramic Club.
Survivors include her daughters, Rosalie Leo and her husband, Robert, of Meridian and Linda Gordon of Northboro, Mass.; sons, Edmond Dupont Jr. and his wife, Margo of Holyoke, Mass., Raymond Dupont of Florida and Ronald Dupont and his wife, Jane, of Worcester, Mass.; a daughter-in-law, Donna Dupont of Grandy, Mass.; 18 grandchildren, of which live locally are, Wayne Griffin, Dawn Fowler and her husband, Robert, Christine Dibbs, Debra Kearney and her husband, Tom, and Louis Griffin and his wife, Cindy; brothers, Omer Pollender and his wife, Doris, and Leo Pollender and his wife, Stella, all of Massachusetts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edmond Dupont Sr.
Pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Arrangements were incomplete at Clark's Memorial Funeral Home for Anna C. Miller, 95, of Toomsuba, who died Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
