Registration for summer and fall classes at Mississippi State University-Meridian Campus begins today and lasts until April 13.
But instead of standing in long lines, current and future students can register during that period by appointment.
Linda Butler, MSU-Meridian Campus spokesman, said registration by appointment is the ideal way for new and returning students to register for classes.
Students will have time to have all questions and concerns answered in private, one-on-one sessions with their adviser. When students wait until the last minute to register, their classes could already be full.
MSU-Meridian Campus offers courses for juniors, seniors and graduate students. Areas of study include various majors within the divisions of Arts and Sciences, Business and Industry and Education.
For more information or to make an appointment to register, call 484-0100. Final summer registration is May 27 and 28. Classes begin June 2.
