Tammy Jo Eaves and Travis Wilson Irby, both of Meridian, were married on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at First Baptist Church of Lauderdale. The Rev. James Ruffin officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Joe Eaves ,and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Irby, all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Eaves, and the late Margie Johnson.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Dr. and Mrs. Oscar Irby, and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Corder.
Pam Tarver served as matron of honor and the father of the bridegroom was best man.
Flower girls were Hannah Rogers and Gracie Rogers. Nicholas Fontan was the ring bearer. Ushers were Jason Fontan and David Rogers.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall and at the home of the bridegroom's parents.
After a honeymoon trip to New Orleans, the couple resides in Quitman.
