Elijah I. Toten, a 17-year-old student at Ethel High School in Kosciusko, will soon have his second book "The Age of The Asteroids" released.
The book centers around Isaiah Evan Lee. Things are not going well for Lee. Earth is destroyed by three unknown creatures, forcing him and his crew to flee for their lives.
His ship is pulled through a special rip similar to a black hole, hurling them into unknown and uncharted territory. His ship and his crew are hopelessly lost and they don't know what to do.
A mutiny tears through his ship dividing his crew. To add to the nightmare, Isaiah is haunted by a terrible curse of death. Isaiah is fighting to save the entire universe from a horrible evil known only as Asteroida.
Toten was born in Macon, Ga. At the age of 6 he moved with his family to Mississippi. Toten said he spends most of his free time at the computer writing future novels and surfing the Internet. After graduation, he plans to attend college to become an English teacher.
He hopes to inspire other students to follow their dreams and to encourage them to show their creativity by writing.
