Graveside services for Robert Thomas "Bob" Powell will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery with the Rev. Matthew Simmon officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Powell, 74, of Meridian, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a retired salesman formerly associated with Sherwin-Williams.
Survivors include his brother, Harold Powell and his wife, Wyvonne, of Meridian; a step-son, Don Ladiner and his wife, Dee, of Alabama; a step-daughter, Myrna Dobbs and her husband; and several nieces and nephews.

QUITMAN Services for Roy Wayne Quinn will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Clarke County Baptist Center with the Rev. C.C. Burns officiating. Burial will be in Hepzibah Church Cemetery in Clarke County. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Quinn, 42, of Meridian, died Monday, June 7, 2004, in his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his son, Alan-Michael Quinn of Meridian; daughters, Brandi Quinn and Heather Quinn, both of Meridian; his father, Bobby Quinn of Lauderdale; his mother, Mary Quinn of Meridian; a brother, Ralph Dean of Deluth, Minn.; sisters, Crystal Rutledge of Enterprise, Bobbette Partridge and Claudia Quinn, both of Meridian, Libby Chambers of Andrews, Texas, and Debbie Fleming of San Angelo, Texas.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Clarke County Baptist Center.

NEWTON Graveside services for Bessie Casey Tatum will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Hickory Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. David Sellers officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tatum, 92, of Sun City, Ariz., died Saturday, June 4, 2004, in Sun City. She was a member of First Baptist Church Sun City West.
Survivors include his family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otha Tatum.

Graveside services for Jerald "Cookie" Thornhill will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Moore officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Thornhill, 67, of Meridian, died Wednesday, June 9, 2004, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was retired from Henderson Steel Company as a truck driver. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and brother-in-law.
Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Thornhill of Meridian; sons, Gary Jerald Thornhill and his wife, Ouida, of Meridian and John Thornhill and his wife, Debbie, of Texas; a daughter, Rhonda Pat Thornhill of Meridian; grandchildren, Ashley Thornhill, Kristan Thornhill, Jessica Thornhill, Victor Thornhill, Crystal Thornhill and Jennifer Thornhill; and a special brother-in-law, Ivan "Tinker" Moulds.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Velma Thornhill; brothers, Toby and Wayne Thornhill; and a sister, Johnnie Truhett.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Thornhill, Chad Thornhill, Anthony Truhett, Ivan "Bobo" Moulds, Wayne Murphy and Jared Cooley.
Visitation will be Friday 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Otie Hall will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at James L. Osby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Willie Burton officiating. Burial will be in Barker Cemetery.
Mr. Hall, 89, of Meridian, died Friday, June 4, 2004, in his home.
Survivors include a daughter, Velma Ruth Moody of Russell and a sister, Wilma Curry of Russell and several friends, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Isaiah Culpepper will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Yantley, Ala. with the Rev. Dr. Robert Webb officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Culpepper, 73, of Meridian, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Lena Culpepper of Meridian; sons, I.C. Culpepper, Walter Culpepper, Jerry Culpepper and Robert Culpepper, all of Meridian; daughters, Helen Johnson of Texas, Mary Rose Culpepper, Mary Ann Culpepper and Holly Culpepper, all of Meridian; brothers, David Culpepper and James Culpepper, both of Meridian; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements were incomplete at Stephens Funeral Home for Carla S. Harrison, 67, of Little Rock, who died Wednesday, June 9, 2004, in her home.
