Bohannon, Shurn

Mary Louise Shurn of Meridian and Charles Willis Bohannon of Alta Dena, Calif., were married Saturday, May 29, 2004, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Elvin Sunds officiating.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Carmelita Gandy, organist and pianist.
The bride was given in marriage by her children, Elaine Bell, Marietta Mosley and Robert Shurn. She wore an off-white gown accented with pearl beading. Her veil of silk illusion was anchored by a satin headpiece. Pearl jewelry completed her look.
Feleica Shurn of Ft. Hood, Texas, was maid of honor.
Kenneth Bohannon of Los Angeles was best man. Groomsmen and ushers were members of the Knights of Peter Claver from St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Destiny Bohannon of Los Angeles was ring bearer.
Program attendants were Alexander Bohannon and Joseph Roberts.
A reception was held at Kehrer Hall following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Eris Jordan and Debra Brewer.
After a honeymoon in Las Vegas, the couple resides in Alta Dena.
