Rayna Lynn Runnels of Batesville and Lance Majure McWilliams of Meridian were married Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at Batesville Church of Christ with the Rev. Robert Rawson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Runnels of Batesville, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill McWilliams of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Harry Russell of Batesville, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Runnels of Sardis.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Billy McWilliams Sr., and Maggie Heblon, all of Meridian.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white satin dress layered with lace that was delicately embellished with tiny white pearls. The dress featured a sleeveless bodice that coordinated with a half train. Her veil was decorated with tiny pink and red roses. She carried a bouquet of red roses.
Danielle Moore of Batesville, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Tanya Russell of Batesville, aunt of the bride, was maid of honor. Other attendants were Ashley Addington, Brooke Addington, Darby Oakes, Scarlett Shields, Emily Darby, Katie Turner and Crystal Allgood, all of Batesville, Whitney Brownlee of Senatobia, Ann Marie Blaylock of Guntown and Meagan Voigt of Houston, Texas.
Kayla McWilliams of LaGrange, La., was flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Kelly Mosely, Ron Medlin and Kyle Locker, all of Atlanta, Ryan Rainer, Jason Raley and David Russell, all of Meridian, Lance Unglesby of New Orleans, Chris Dantone of Oxford, Haywood Hamilton of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Ryan Russell of Panama City, Fla.
Blane Joyner of Batesville, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
On the eve of the wedding, the parents of the bridegroom hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Panola Country Club.
A reception was also held at Panola Country Club following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception was Erika Brewer of Batesville.
The couple resides in Meridian.
