Covington, Turbyfill

Jimmy and Sidney Covington of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Ann, to Adam Turbyfill, son of L.C. and Sherry Turbyfill of Collinsville.
The wedding will be held Saturday, July 17, 2004, at 6 p.m. at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.
Miss Covington is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Shaw and the late Mr. Shaw and Mrs. Luke Covington and the late Mr. Covington.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lamar High School and Meridian Community College. She received a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
While attending USM, she was a member of the USM Cheerleading Squad and was a Sigma Nu little sister.
Miss Covington will continue her studies pursuing a degree in Healthy Management Systems.
Mr. Turbyfill is the grandson of the late Lon S. Turbyfill and Ruth Turbyfill and the late Edward and Eveline Scarbrough.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mr. Turbyfill is employed by East Mississippi State Hospital's pharmacy.
A reception will be held at Briarwood Country Club following the ceremony.
