Butch and Sue Hawkins of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Angella Kaye, to Jeremy Scott West, son of Darrell West of Meridian and the late Robin A. West.
The wedding will be held Saturday, July 31, 2004, at 6 p.m. at Northcrest Baptist Church.
Miss Hawkins is the granddaughter of Gloria Hawkins of Meridian and the late D.D. Hawkins and Ruth Gomillion of Lake and the late Edward Gomillion.
The bride-elect, a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School and received her cosmetology license from Final Touch Beauty School.
Miss Hawkins is employed by The Cuttery.
Mr. West is the grandson of Edna Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest West, all of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and attended Meridian Community College.
Mr. West is employed by Structural Steel Detailing.
A reception will be held at Northwood Country Club following the ceremony.
