July 31 Members of Meridian High School Class of 1994 will meet at Ryan's Steakhouse banquet room at 12:30 p.m. for reunion planning. The reunion is set for Sept. 10-11. Registration and fees for weekend reunion is $100 per person. July 31 The annual Southern Reunion begins at 11 a.m. at the pavilion at ClarkCo State Park. This year's reunion will honor Alberta (Aunt Shorty) Southern Busby, last living child of Jim and Lucy Southern. The event is covered dish and also will feature special singing, drawings for prizes, and a special drawing for a quilt with Southern Family pictures made by Aunt Shorty.
