Mr. and Mrs. Keith Massey of DeKalb announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Kay, to Charles Wesley Hazelwood, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hazelwood of Philadelphia.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004, at 7 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Philadelphia.
Miss Massey is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Darnell of Collinsville, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Nance of Philadelphia and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Massey, all of Philadelphia.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School and received an associate's degree in nursing from Meridian Community College.
While at MCC, she was a member of the Mississippi Organization of Associate Degree Nursing. She is a registered nurse with Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Hazelwood is the grandson of Dorothy Hazelwood of Louisville and the late Ted Hazelwood, and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Jenkins of Philadelphia.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Philadelphia High School and attended East Central Community College. He is employed by Philadelphia Motor Company.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
