50th anniversary
James G. "Britt" Allbritton and Freida Claire Meyer were married Sept. 12, 1954, at First Baptist Church in Laurel. They have three children, Deborah Claire Crawford of Sugar Land, Texas, Connie Allbritton of Meridian and the late Bud Allbritton; three grandchildren, Kristopher James Crawford, Lindsay Caroll Crawford and Anna Shea Lucas.
50th anniversary
Norman and Delorese Dallas of the House community recently celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married at First Baptist Church of Collinsville on Sept. 1, 1954, with the Rev. Edward McKeithen officiating. The couple has four children, Mike and Melanie Dallas House, Ronnie and Nancy Dallas, Rita and Donald Smith, and Anita and Mike Rebeles, all of Collinsville. They also have 13 grandchildren.
